Greetings! I'm thrilled to share my story with you. I'm Himali, a scientist by day and a cake artist by passion. It all started with a simple mission: crafting the create a special cake for my daughter's half-birthday celebration  From that moment, my love for baking blossomed into a delightful fusion of science and creativity. As a scientist, I've always been fascinated by the intricacies of experimentation and the joy of discovery. Baking, I found, is not so different. Each recipe is a hypothesis waiting to be tested, each oven session a controlled experiment, and each bite of cake, a delicious conclusion.
